Below, you will find links to the registration papers that will need to be downloaded, completed and returned to McPherson - ONLY IF YOUR NAME WAS DRAWN IN THE LOTTERY FOR ENTRANCE TO MCPHERSON. NOT EVERY CARD DRAWN RECEIVES A SPOT. ALL STUDENTS NOT RECEIVING A SPOT AT MCPHERSON ARE PUT ON A WAITING LIST AND WILL BE CALLED WHEN A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE. |

FOR STUDENTS CHOSEN IN THE LOTTERY - The following forms are interactive. Please type directly on each form. Bring all completed forms (with the exception of Health Examination Form and Oral Assessment Form) to McPherson.
PLEASE NOTE - UNLESS YOU HAVE ADOBE PROFESSIONAL, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SAVE YOUR COMPLETED FORMS, BUT WILL BE ABLE TO PRINT THEM. PRINT THEM OUT BEFORE YOU MOVE TO THE NEXT FORM.

All Returning McPherson Students Registration documents for all McPherson Students will be posted in August of 2010. Once they are posted, you will be able to type directly on documents requiring information. You will then print out all documents, sign where indicated and bring all documents to our registration day on August 11, 2010. |
