Home & Hospital (HH) tutoring services are available for students who will be absent continuously from school for more than ten days due to illness or other medical condition.  A note from a physician is required.  The note must state the medical condition, duration of the absence, and that the doctor recommends Home & Hospital Teaching (Doctor must be an MD.).  Home & Hospital teaching will begin after 5 days of absence once the note from the physician is received by the school site.

In general, Home & Hospital services provide only the core curriculum:  English, Social Studies, Math, Science (not lab) and Physical Education as well as a limited number of electives.  Honors, advanced placement and ROP classes as well as lab sciences are not available through Home/Hospital services.

Students on Home & Hospital instruction may remain in their online classes.
